Winter Workouts
Workout Schedule:
– Dates: We will begin on Monday, January 5th, and run until Thursday, March 19th. We will then take a break for spring vacation and resume the week of April 6th with tryouts.
– Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
– Time & Location:
– 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: The Breeze
– 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: High School Weight Room
These workouts are critical for the success of our teams. If your player is not participating in other winter activities, attendance at these sessions is expected.
If a player has other obligations that prevent them from arriving at 6:00 PM, please have them join the session as soon as they are able. If you have any questions please call/text Brad Schroeder at 413-7083.
