We have put together a player information questionnaire to get everyone’s contact info, birthday, positions, etc. all in one place to make things easy on the coaches and on the administrative team. It should look pretty similar to a Google form you may have filled out in previous years. It will also help us target these emails a little better for those that may just be pertinent to players and family and not as much to the wider audience.
We will be using the info we collect here to send out updates about balances, payments due, fundraising, and our upcoming Welcome Dinner so please fill it out as soon as you are able! I know we also have a few new players that might not be on this mailing list so if you know of anyone please do forward this to them or direct them to the website to get to the link there.
Fundraising is going great!
We are starting to see some sponsor money come in and are updating the website as the sponsorships pay their balances. You can check back on the Google sheet that Melinda sent out after the parent meeting to see which of your sponsors have paid and which you need to follow up with. Please remember this is our biggest fundraiser of the year and every sponsorship you sell also reduces your fees and benefits you in addition to helping the team.
Also, if you fully fund your fees via sponsorship funds +$200, you’ll get a sweet custom gift from the team. A couple of you are getting close already!
