• Giants Strength & Conditioning

    Weight lifting is free and highly encouraged for all players to attend. These sessions are at the high school gym on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:15pm-7:15pm.

  • Bullpen

    Pitching bullpens and live at-bats take place in the Breeze on Tuesdays from 4-6 PM. Varsity athletes who are not currently playing another sport are expected to attend these practices. Prep players are also encouraged to participate during this time.
