Workout Schedule:
– Dates: We will begin on Monday, January 5th, and run until Thursday, March 19th. We will then take a break for spring vacation and resume the week of April 6th with tryouts.
– Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
– Time & Location:
– 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: The Breeze
– 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: High School Weight Room
These workouts are critical for the success of our teams. If your player is not participating in other winter activities, attendance at these sessions is expected.
If a player has other obligations that prevent them from arriving at 6:00 PM, please have them join the session as soon as they are able. If you have any questions please call/text Brad Schroeder at 413-7083.
Coach Jones will be in town December 6th and 7th and has set up the following schedule to meet players and parents. Please come by even if you’re not sure if you’re going to play in the spring; he’d love the chance to meet everyone.
The Schedule
12/6: Saturday at The Breeze
10:00-10:30am: Coach meets with varsity players, discusses basic principles of the program.
10:30 – 11:30am: Hitting with varsity players. Station rotation.
11:30 – 12pm: Parent meeting. Prep and varsity parents meet Coach Jones.
12:00 – 1pm: Prep player introduction, hitting and station rotations.
12/7: Sunday at The Breeze
10 – 11am: Varsity pitchers + catchers.
11 – 12pm: Prep pitchers + catchers.
