Weight lifting will follow its regular schedule until April 1st. After that, we will transition to full-time baseball-specific practices and reduce the weightlifting schedule. Baseball practice will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school. Weightlifting will be limited to one day per week and integrated into the baseball practice schedule.
Varsity will practice from 4:30-6pm and Prep will practice from 5:30-7pm. Times are subject to change.
