The Head Coach of the American Legion High School Baseball Team is responsible for overseeing the development, organization, and administration of the baseball program in accordance with American Legion Baseball rules, while fostering an environment of teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and respect. The coach will work with student-athletes (typically aged 13 –19) to improve their skills and prepare them for high-level competition.
